mtb spin sat 12th

Post by DavidT »

Yea you missed it :)
The only thing missing today is a Niall OMuiri blog entry!
Ciara Dunne - award for puncture change of the YEAR - she changed Jims tubeless rear wheel after I failed to get it off the rim. I never doubted you Ciara but had no faith in Jims bike :)
Niall - mtb prodigy! Fair play for giving everything a go, including ballypierce up to Croaghaun, Mecca, Selection box, Corrabut and over the fence to the Black Banks. Then Chicken George, mosh pit, feckin midges, up to the barrier and down Tin can alley, then down Ballypierce with a bit of pace. All with priceless one liners :)
Lorraine - NPS S3 podiums 2014.

Pics on the way once I can reduce the size of them

Arse back! Arse back! Love it. I'm so proud to hear our teaching passed on by the next generation of goobers. Niall, I am impressed! Was laughing earlier when I heard you were going on "the women's spin" but it turned out to be a master stroke. No way could you bottle it after Lorraine and Ciara rode down that drop before you.

Ha David..I spoke to Don about his first MBK experience with you lot, and ye brought him up the "The henious climb with two gates and six bog holes" and he never went back...Im sticking with me wimmen and me private coach in David Tully.....

Have to say it was a bone shaking, muscle straining, chest heaving, ball breaking, arse smashing, heart altering, fun loving roller coaster of a ride..loved every minute of it :D

ps..Lorraine Byrne never uses bad language on a road bike...by jaysus has she an array of expletives that she uses on a mountain bike...
