Spinning - Mt Wolseley

I am looking at the possibility of holding a spin/abs training session in Mt Wolseley.

Just trying to gauge interest here - it will be a 45 min class consisting of 30 mins intense spinning followed by 15 mins core/abs work.

Please post here if you are interested and if there is enough interest I'll go ahead and arrange it.

Ok - the only night available is Wednesday at 8.30pm.

Cost will be 45euro for 6 weeks but we need to have sufficient numbers to make it worthwhile for Mt Wolseley.
