As part of my preperation for Roth 2014 I am going to run a marathon on Easter Monday April 21st 2014.
I am going to run the Drumderry loop 4 times, starting and finishing in Bunclody, I'll probably head off about 8am. This is a 11.3km loop and it can be seen here http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/332758521.
I am sending out an open invitation to anybody who wishes to join me for just 1 or 2 laps or indeed the whole thing. This route suits me as I can leave drinks and nutrition in one place and grab them on each lap so I don't have to worry about carrying a whole lot with me. It also passes close to my house
On the preceeding day - Easter Sunday, I intend to do a long spin on the road bike, 120 - 140km just as a warm up.
If anybody is interested in accompanying me on either or both days, post here or let me know by any of the other countless ways that you can contact me.
Failing all the modern technology just talk to me when we meet up.
