Deadly. Let the endurance spins begin! Pace on these is usually "comfortable", the important thing is to keep pedalling for the duration, so minimal stops if any.

It was a great morning , loved it all , well 99% of it anyway . As always thanks to ye guys for showing us the trails new and old . Patsy rang me and said he loved it and hopes to return , so at least ye did,not scare him this time !
