Monday night running

I'm going to start a regular run on a Monday night, the pace will very easy as Sundays are normally a long spin for me and will be in need of a recovery run something around 6min/km ish
I'll be starting tomorrow night at the bunclody golf club meeting at the gate at 8pm. Will get another few weeks out of the golf club till the evenings get brighter and move somewhere else
