swapped over my skinnys at lunchtime so i,m mad for it lad , legs a bit sore still from Barrys Pain Run on Monday

thats what happens when i run at the same pace with a Marathon runner and IronWoman

. i,l try for the CoOp at 7 , if not there i,l be at Bally
