Cycling specific Strength and Conditioning
Paul Kelly has kindly offered to give our members a free one hour tuition on cycling specific strength and conditioning training.
This will involve some gym work targeting specific muscle groups for cycling, the idea being that we can continue this on our own over the winter months.
This will suit all levels of cyclists and is open to all club members.
The proposed date is Thursday September 18th at 8pm in Kildavin GAA Complex.
Please let me know here if you are interested.
