Thinking of doing this on Sunday , theres a 100 k and 160 k route . Weather looking mixed for Sunday morning . Registration starts at 8 from the Delta Center in Carlow . Cycle starts at 9
If anyone interested maybe I.l do the 100 if theirs a few of us or I might tip on and do the 160k on my own .
Blackstairs Adventure is also on and a 10k run in Tagmon in Wexford also . Plus a 5ķ and 5m run Monday morning and Barrys Run that evening . Anyone interested in doing any of these let us know .

Ok I.v decided to head to the hills to try and escape the rain in the trees . Might as well get wet closer to home than on the open road for a few hour's .
