Ballycrystal to Mt Leinster Mast Sunday 5th July

Hoping to run to the mast this Sunday starting at 11am. Pace will be nice and steady. Up and down between 1.40-1.50 depending on if anyone wants to join.
I will one day but
a. Sunday = mtb
b. Injured but only temporarily
