i,m doing the Leinster Loop this Sunday , i,l be doing the 130k , Trish is also doing the 130k with her sister but at a relaxed pace . its not a bad Sportive , there is a few long aul drags with endless straight roads . good climb from Castlecomer to The Butts nothing like our much harder Mt Leinster climbs from either direction . theres a wicked decent from this , good brakes and get down on the Bars required for some good Ssspppeeeeeddd . bring some food as last years food stop in Carlow was the worst i,v ever seen . lots of fodder at start and finish though .

Don't think I'll make this one. Feed of beer the night before will probably rule me out. Going to do the three counties tour Saturday morning instead in Thurles on the trip to tipp weekend of cycling.

Change of plans, might try join up with you's tomorrow when your stopped in Carlow.
