Golf club running

With the hour change also comes the availability of the golf club night running, I'll be aiming to run at least once a week for the winter if anyone wants to join me, as before my runs will be sociable and open to anyone who wants to come along. All you need is a working headlight.
I'm starting tonight Tuesday the 27th meeting at the gate at 7:30 a handy 6-7km to start off

3km easy, hill sprints, then 3km back to the gate
