to Ballycrystal via Glaslacken
Up the Babies' Heads and round to Head of Aughnabrisky
Up to summit of Knockroe
Down the Heinous Climb
Back by Tomduff, 9 Stones, Four Sticks then home however you like, I'll probably go down Umbongo

This is a long spin, bring plenty of food drink, spares
