Is anyone doing the 50k as a leisurely spin that a beginner could try to keep up with?

I have signed up for the 50k as I'm doing the Mick Murphy race in ferns on sat night

Folks it would be great if we could get a photo together on morn of event. Meet at 9.30 in club jersey at bottle bank in soccer club. Btw make sure to list Racing795 when registering as there is prize for club with most reps

See you there , I've signed on as 795 but don't have a jersey for the picture but I'm an ugly git anyway, you wouldn't want me in it .

Well done to everyone who turned out yesterday in the crap weather to support this event, which is close to our hearts. Phil presented us with a 1.5 Jersey signed by Sean Kelly for the club with the most participants, so we'll give that out at the end of year party.

Well done to everyone who done the cycle yesterday as i said in an earlier post i had already committed to doing the garda stations of carlow cycle in aid of the special Olympics.
