The June Bank Holiday is well known for memorable big mountain spins. This will be one of them.
Leaving Co-op 8am sharp

50km and a mile of hard climbing, taking in all the 400m+ peaks north of Scullogue Gap, namely Greenogue (425m), Kilbrannish Hill (404m), Croghaun (455m), Slieve Ban (520m), Knockroe (540m), Mt Leinster ( (795m, offroad from the south), Black Rock Mountain (599m). Pace will be steady, with a quick food/drink break and photo stop on each peak. Suitable for experienced mtbikers, bring plenty of food, drink and spares. Little cans of Coke will change hands for exorbitant prices towards the end.
