Hello All,

Wednesday will be a bit different. We will do the leinster league course. just before the entrance to paradise we will push the bike up to the top of K2 (only a short push)from there down K2 to get some soil ripped up. back at the fireroad we will then head for paradise doing a full loop of the course. the same loop including K2 again. the aim is to do 3/4 laps at a easy/steady pace. anybody who would like to come along but might find 4 laps tomuch is welcome you can bail out at the end of a loop if you had enough. make sure you have a light as this is a closed canopy forest.

Hope to be there. I rode down K2 today, good fun but it does need plenty of bedding in. The more the merrier on weds

Should be there too. My ribs are starting to feel a bit better

I'm there, but i think K2 needs more than tyres down it, bit of bench cutting in some spots would be the way to go in all honesty.

Great spin managed 3 laps. there where a few mechanicals other wise there would have been a 4th lap. no worries it was nice to have a little rest and take it easy.the trails are super dry and fast. if you want some good mtb ing now is the time to go to the lower wood and ride the dry trails they might not as dry next week. see you next time

Thanks Rudolf, deadly craic tonight. Bone dry, doesn't get much better!
