Wednesday 20/10 xc training spin

Hello All
I have not looked at the weather but wednesday evening will be a few laps of the quary. We will aim to do 4 laps to get things started. it will be a constant steady pace . after the four laps we will go down the courtown trail and for the ones who havents had enough we can do courtown again. this spin is great for building up strenght in the legs and it will improve your balance.
