Spinning Classes

Post by lazyboypops »

I was in Mount Wolseley Leisure club (home of the Don) on Tuesday night and noticed that they have a dedicated room for spinning classes with 12 spinning bikes. If a group are interested I can ask if they would put on a session for the club one evening a week time and day to be confirmed.

If you are interested please post here with your preferred day and I will organise it. Possibly based on the swimming sessions where we pay upfront for 8 sessions.

These sessions would be led by the Mount Wolseley staff who Don assures me are pretty keen in torture

Fortunately for you Rudolf most of the other savages ride road bikes and they love indoor winter training. Must make them feel like they are in the tropics with all the heat.

Don't know about the venue  Monday is good for the club but unfortunately not for me. I did a lot of these classes last winter and it improved my cycling by 15%, so they are a great exercise program. Well worth considering wherever its done. As for the savages on the hils, well fair play, I have put on the skirt for the winter and have sought the warm climates of the great indoors
