Lower carpark 10 am.
Havent decided on the route yet. steady pace up and downhill. 2/3 hours. see you there.

less 'steady' paced spin at 10.30 ,more the social side of spins! if anyone wants to come along.....Route, unknown, wherever the road will take us!

Unfornately this spin has been canceled due to driving conditions. In carlow the roads are covered with snow. see you next time.

10cm of snow in Bunclody and still falling heavily. All the big fancy cars are getting stuck on Carrickduff. Little rusty ones are flying up it!
