Cycling coaching day Sat the 5th Feb

Tom & I have organised a coaching session with Coach Frank O'Leary for Saturday the 5th of Feburary the venue will be Mount Wolsely.
The Day will involve a 10am start, beginning with a 2 hour sociable spin where frank will access and discuss position, riding style etc.
Showers and some tasty lunch (at your own cost)
We will then have a question and answer session with some bike fitting,
The cost will be €20 or less depending on numbers, the session will be limited to 15 people.

Thanks Tom, Barry and Don for organising today, I thought Frank was excellent and it's great to get properly fitted, some of us needed a good bit of changes on the setup.
I think frank has convinced PJ to wear the propeller helmet he's been keeping under the bed, the rest of us will have to do with clingfilm over the helemets! Think it would be great to get him again later in the year
