Hello,
Sore legs or not the training continues. Same as last week but the wet/slippy trails will wake you up. Warm up to the top of black dog. down all the single track. Sports riders can continue into paradise for a lap or two of the full race course. the savages go back up again to black dog and down all the single track and a couple of laps of the race course. After our event of last sunday it is time to step up gear and get ready for the NPS.

lower carpark 19.15
sport riders can leave at 19.00

see you there

At first that just seems like a lie, but when you think about it the trails held up pretty well in shocking conditions. Great sideways action in Critical Mass and especially the Lower Wood

Sideways action? Never had a bike nearly jackknife before :)
