Hello,
This week some steep climbing training to get ready for NPS round 1 this Sunday. start at top car park up to top of selection box. down selection box rocky road. then up the corrabutt climb. down the rocky road back up around on the fire road down the selection box. here you can bail out or decide to do the corrabutt climb one more time.

hard training in the rain cant wait

looks like the rain will stay away. so small change of plan. still going up corrabut but at the top we turn for 9 stones. sport riders can then go towards mast . others go for top of slieve bawn. then we all meet half way up the mast road. down the single track back to the council carpark. mabey one more time corrabut to finnish it of nicely.
