NPS 7 is on Sunday. With this in mind I plan to sharpen up with some race training tomorrow night. Lower car park 7:15 for 3 or 4 lively laps of our Leinster League course. (not sure of condition of DH section so I intend to use Dabbage)
Anyone else coming? Maybe we could have a race using our IMBRC League handicaps?

sounds good. unfortunatly i cant make this. its a great idea to get the legs and head in shape for nps 7.good luck
