I'm doing an efficient spin tonight. Leaving my house/swimming pool 7:15, Ballypierce 7:30ish. up to windmils, down singletrack and home. 1.5 hours max. No stopping, no talking, just pedalling.
Any takers?

No. "Sociable" is when you leave your mates behind, stop at the top of every hill, rest until they catch up, then hop on the bike again before they catch their breath.

Well that was good craic, a tale of hypochondriacs (me and Tully) and Mojo men (Jim and Barry). Funniest thing I've heard in a while was Barry buzzin' after his run down Paradise
"I've so much Mojo now I could share it out with everyone"
Thanks lads

Unfortunately my excess mojo soon became over exhuberence and resulted in my going over the slick rock at critical mass sideways
which led on to a pogo moment
quietened me down pretty quick
tootled home with my tail between my legs
