Hello,
Mtb spin. Leaving swimming pool Bunclody. Ballypierce. Windmills down all the single track to carpark. up black banks. Some new single track back to first barrier. Then (option)you can go with Lynn to the mast. I be going back to windmills down the single track back over the road to swimming pool.
Leaving 9.30
This is going to a steady pace spin

Is there a chicken run available on this route for the inexperienced MTBers? Dont mind the climbs but downhill single track might be a bridge too far.

Just come along Frank. there will be some handy single track available. Plenty of Chicken runs around. There will be alot of climbing in this one anyway. See you in the morning.

Jaysus is right.. broke up here even though I missed the last bit. Enjoyed the spin lads. Again, thanks to David and Jim for having the patience with me trailing along at the back.

Thanks for organising this one Rudolf, thought it would be a handy pace so I wasn't impressed when I saw yourself and Lynn with the race bikes and the aerodynamic outfits this morning. Well done to the new lads, hard going at times but now you know your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to work on. The good news is most things can be improved by riding your bike. A lot.
