Haven't been on the road bike in aeons (that's geology speak for a very, very, very long time). So long in fact that the handlebar tape on my bike is going mouldy..
anyhow was thinking 3hrs max, 25kph, rolling circuit i.e. not over mt leinster
leaving Bunclody 8.30 am
would like to see 4+, if not then i'll be heading off on the mtb as usual

Brian - you could join us as inistioge isnt too far from Graignamanagh and do a section with us and cycle back at own pace. What about the horsewhisperer, someone text him as he was hoping to do some road spins also.

Filled my road quota for this week Frank but thanks for asking. I will try and get out on a road spin in the near future though. Cheers
