Folks post here if interested in 9 weeks of swim coaching with Liam O'Neill in the Mount Wolseley.

Focus will be on technique not distance until Xmas.

Fri eve at 8pm.

Starts Fri week Oct 23th so first 10 to sign up here before Oct 16th gets a spot. Preference given to club members if demand is high.

Ok folks, winter swimming starts this Friday night and is a 9 week block. Liam expects everyone in the water for 8pm - so please be punctual.

We have 8 committed. Costs to follow based on 8.

Swim costs are a subsidised €80 for club members and €100 for non members for 9 coached swim sessions. Money paid this Friday evening Oct 23rd at poolside to me. Please have correct money and we request payment in full so we can pay hotel and coach.
