Once again Coached running under lights commences this coming Tuesday 10th January. @ 7.30pm in the HWH GAA Pitch. For a period of 6 weeks, under the watchful eye of Joy Furlong. This proved to be very popular last year, and we are very lucky to have someone of Joys experience taking the sessions. Please spread the word and bring a friend or two....or three...
