Don't forget folks the final day of our Watt Bike test is still to come in March . This will be another intense 3min session on Johathans lovely Watt Bike that we all loved !! This will be a chance to see have you improved since our last session , so please please keep your result sheet safe as you will need it on the day to check our previous results . This is all paid for already so all you have to do is turn up on the morning like the last time for the allocated time . We will confirm arrangements as we get closer to the day .

Folks

The Final Watt Bike Test with Johathan is this Saturday Morning the 21st at 9 in Kildavin , same place , same times for everyone , please check your times from previous day . if your not available please let us know ASAP please , Thanks .
Same routine as last day with the warm ups and Your bike measurements also . dont forget to bring your test results from last time so you can compare the tests .
we hope to see yopu all again this Saturday morning for another 3mins of Fun :D .

we have tried to accommodate everyone but so many requested 9 to 10am, it just was n't possible so we gave preference to those competing on Sunday, to allow time to recover. We would ask that you are punctual and please note that the quarter hour is yours - so late by 11 mins - then you are straight into watt test with no warm-up. We cannot delay others if you are late, as the schedule doesn't allow it.

If a slot really doesn't suit someone, then we suggest you contact someone in another slot and if the swop is suitable, post the change on the forum below, so we can update the schedule, however, there is no point in contacting the three training coordinators as we have chosen those time to divide the coordination of the day between us.

We ask everyone to wait outside in the hallway and be there 5 mins before the allocated time, ready to go. Be ready to cycle and bring your own pedals and cycle shoes. We will have a selection of pedals there, if you can't bring your own.

Hope you enjoy
