Core Strength and Flexibility Class

Ok folks, several of you mentioned that Jonathan's exercise/core demo was great, but it can be difficult to self-motivate. Well, this might interest you.
We are proposing to run a group session on a Tuesday night to deal with core. flexibility and strength following a 10 minute muscle warm up. No pressure to commit on the first night. It will cost you €2 on the first night (suss out if it is something you might commit to). On the second night we will ask for €10 for a 5 week commitment and towards the end of the 5 weeks, we will review it as a group!
So who's in? Post here, so we can gauge the interest.
Where: Kildavin GAA Complex (Same room as watt bike test)
When: Tuesday Nights
Time: 9pm
Duration: 1hour
