Good stuff lads, count me in for the MTB. And at least one of the road spins, but not the first one.

Great stuff lads.

I won't make first bike but will make last two nights.
Likewise won't make open water swim training day.

I plan on doing the Dragon sportive but only the 75 km option ,plan to cycle down and back.
135 km route seems very very hilly!

Looks great guys, I'll try make most of those, won't be around for the second road spin. Definitely planning on doing the St lukes sportive. Should be down at the mick Murphy 4 mile also.

Great stuff!
Caroline is interested in the Thurs night spins.
One of us will likely do the St Luke's sportive.
Will miss the Dragon sportive - the long one is good and tough.
I hope to do some of the runs and the mtb league. I did the Oylegate half last year - fits well with a marathon training plan for Dublin at the end of October.
