June 4 - cycle in groups - first of these this coming Thursday.

So who's attending?

Please post here so we can organise it. If you know of non-members attending, please post number attending and whether they are experienced or beginners, so we can sort the groups quickly.

Gather at 7pm and all groups depart by 7.15pm
Non-members welcome
Helmet and bike in good working order compulsory!

Group 1: duathlon loop x 1 (for those relatively new to cycling) or 2 loops

practise gear changes, up and overs in single file, double file, cycling close to rear wheel of those in front etc.

Group 2: duathlon loop x 3 for stronger riders

Practise high tempo cycling using up and overs in single file and double file

These cycles begin and end at kildavin gaa so people can bail out after 1
or 2 loops.

2nd Monthly Spin Thursday 9th July

Sorry for short notice . i will be taking the faster Group out this Thursday , I,v spoken to Mike Ryan and he is taking the Beginner group who are taking on the Mountain tomorrow night from Bunclody , see the Fourm for more details on this . thanks again to Mike and Niall for doing this . details below of the Spin tomorrow night . meeting at 7 and departing at 7.15.
