Anyone interested in Spinning classes in Mt Wolsey, commencing Weds 30th Sept @ 8.30pm. Cost 40 Euro for 8 weeks..Money to be paid up front on the first night...

I took the liberty of texting some of our starter group before hand as some are not inclined to check the forum...So far I have
Josephine K, Ann Murray, Alan Tully, Siobhan O'N, and myself..So that leaves 5 bikes..Please sign up ASAP...

I realize that this clashes with the Mt Bike Night..but it was the only time available..If this goes well I will re book another session in February...

Great first night last night.The grey haired fella at the back was given a yellow card by the instructor for talking too much
