We are running a powertap introduction in Kildavin GAA Complex on Sat October 24th at 7pm. This is a members only event. Our own Patsy Mccaffrey has kindly agreed to impart his knowledge on power meters to get us started.

This will involve taking turns on 4 turbos with powertab wheels. You will need your bike computer/garmin (so it can be synced with powertap) and your bike shoes.

Please post here if interested. The deposit for the use of powertap wheels will be collected on the night!

Great piece of equipment for anyone wanting to improve their performance on the bike , makes it easy to see gains and measure performance .
