Yoga is apparently the answer to all our prayers. The best injury prevention practise according to some top experienced athletes. Men's only yoga starting Monday at 8pm in Kildavin and there is also a Tuesday 8pm session open to all. Ring Catherine to book your spot. 70 for 7 sessions of 1.25 hrs per session.
