Dena and myself.

We meet at Ferns GAA Club attired and ready with bike in hand at 9am. Location: https://goo.gl/maps/RbP8beb4ENx(ferns village to GAA pitch)

Here are the run and bike routes, so familiarise yourself with them, before Sunday. You can choose the distances based on how you feel and do a mix of long and shorts if you wish - its up to you.
