Free Triathlon in Athy

Athy Triathlon Club have again invited us to partake in their Training Triathlon in Athy this Sunday 24th July..Transition opens 8am and Race starts 9am. Consists of a 500m swim, 20k bike and 5k run. This is an excellent training opportunity for all levels...and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Athy Tri Club will make you feel really welcome..It would be great to get a group together..
