Folks - 2 lanes booked for Friday nights from 8 til 9 in Mount Wolseley with an experienced swim coach.

Details as promised.
Swim Sessions are commencing on Friday 7th October and will run on Friday nights for 11 weeks up to and including 16th December.
11 Tropical swims will cost you a mere €60.(Club Members) Cash up front.
The Sessions will be coached by Tony Kirwin. Tony is a very experienced coach with St Fiacc's Swim Club.
Ten places available.
