Spring Road Race Series...(bike)

This proved a great success last year. So we hope to run a series of 3 road races, same criteria as last year...Starting Tuesday 18th April @ 7pm sharp. At Kildavin GAA.

To participate members must be fully paid up and affiliated with either Tri Ireland or Cycling Ireland...Open to non members, but again they must be affiliated with either cycling Ireland or tri Ireland.

For this to work we need volunteer marshals....

So post below if you are interested in taking part, or giving a hand..

This is the route https://goo.gl/maps/nynt324qPvT2 and there will be two intermediate sprints marked on the road with yellow spray - S1 to highlight you are circa 500m from S1 finish line and then a line on road with S1. Likeswise for S2.

You are expected to know the route so study the map. Rules of the road apply and this cycle is on open roads.

S1 is an uphill sprint and S2 is on the flat - (same as last year for those who competed).

Note - yellow star on map is meeting point - Spellman Park GAA pitch Kidavin.
