I'm running a test duathlon on the course this Saturday at 9.30am.
No marshals or signage.

Ideal for anyone struggling to put a time down on paper.
Just go hard and record the time. Simple

Ok folks the first training duathlon is this Sunday.
In order for things to run safely we need just 4 marshals.
Timekeeper: David K (already volunteered ta)
Transition :
Bike :
Bike :

Are there members who are injured or can't take part as they don't run etc?
Your club needs you !
Don't forget you need to marshal at least once to qualify.

We would need you from 9:30am until 12noon aprox
If anybody racing would like to help before and or after that would be great to.
I'll be there from 9am.

Tea person Niall would like you all to bring a packet of biscuits.

The second duathlon is on this Sunday. Same details as last time.
Again we need a few marshals.SORTED

David K has already kindly offered to do timekeeping as he's still out of action.

Any members racing are asked to help with set up and take down.
Just ask Niall or PJ for a job!

Thanks to David K for an awesome job and all the marshals over the 3 duathlons.
Great to see big 795 numbers.
Next event is the road bike race. Don't be put off by the sound if it. It's just a bit of craic. Like a mini Tour De France stage.
Sit in the group or pull everyone along out front.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
Treat it like a club spin with coffee
/tea afterwards.
