Changed my swim stroke under instruction coz I suffered so bad with my shoulder injury in Nenagh. A week later I banged out a 13:01 750m. Just like that. More lessons=more improvements me thinks.

It's not actually slower You cant compare times in different length pools, the shorter the pool the quicker you will be over a given distance and the gap gets bigger the less elite you are.

14.03 in a 25m pool is actually the equivalent of 13.45ish in a 20m / 18m pool, so you were quicker
