Just to let you all know that I finished the half ironman yesterday, times not up yet. The swim was cut from 1900m to 700 due to adverse weather and strong currents in Lough Lene. Bike went well, struggled a bit on the run, but that is to be expected first race of the season. Knees are sore today! Thanks for all your good wishes, onto the next!
