I'll pop along to this Frank, probably the Olympic but not sure yet. Do you need to know which race for sure?

John, no hassle which you do as just wanted to give them an idea of numbers mostly. I hope to do swim and bike of olympic and 2/3 Km of the run

Thank you very much Wexford Tri Club for inviting us down today
Everyone there had a great day and thankfully the sun shone for the race and we had really strong performances all round
It's a great course with a really fast bike section on fantastic flat well surfaced roads
I'm doing the proper race in 2 weeks and would definitely recommend anyone in the club looking for an Olympic race to give it a shot
