That was a great swim session last night, thanks frank. The pool was lovely and warm, probably a bit too warm for lengths but I won't complain better than too cold. The arms still worked after not swimming for months.

4 x 25m Catch Up
100m Free - concentrating on distance per stroke
4 x 25m Streamline Kick using flippers
4 x 25m Fist swimming
100m Free - stroke count
4 x 25m Arms only using float
4 x 25m Skull and Kick
100m Free- stroke count
Cool Down: 200 m
Total: 1500 m

Session Thursday 18th July
300 Freestyle
200 Pull (pull buoy- concentrate on not crossing centre line)
200 Fick (with fins and pull buoy- keep - do not bend the knees, kick from hips)
200 Finger dribble (high elbow)
200 Zipper (hold glide – as long as possible)
200 Side drill (with fins-alternate sides- concentrate on balance)
100 Half sprint (flat out first 12.5 m -easy second half)
300 Freestyle (easy)
Total 1700 metres
