Changed my swim stroke under instruction coz I suffered so bad with my shoulder injury in Nenagh. A week later I banged out a 13:01 750m. Just like that. More lessons=more improvements me thinks.

3800m. 1:30:05
Splits.
750m. 15:09
1500m. 30:58
And then it went horribly wrong

3000m. 1:11:10

20 min to do the. Final 800m. :cry:

It's not actually slower ;) You cant compare times in different length pools, the shorter the pool the quicker you will be over a given distance and the gap gets bigger the less elite you are.

14.03 in a 25m pool is actually the equivalent of 13.45ish in a 20m / 18m pool, so you were quicker ;)
