One of two goals for the year, break 37.30 and get out of novice, 278 run sessions since January 1st. Out of novice for good John!
we're officially the smallest a/c club by a long way and in the last 12 months we've medalled twice in individual novice at road and cc, bronze team novice and intermediate. We have plenty in the club who could give it a good crack next year.
The big man ran it this time last year in Ferns with us and that's for him
