Haven't ran a 5k since last December so happy with that.

Rd 2 of the MTB is on this wednesday evening. Signon from 7pm with the first riders away at 7.30pm.

If possible please let me know here if you are taking part as I can prepare the handicaps properly then, otherwise its just depends on what humour I'm in on the evening
