This Thursday is round 3 of the Tri league. Its a mountain run in Kilbranish, its about 8k not too difficult.

Registration from 7pm at LCP Kilbrannish with first runners away at 7.30.

Directions: Take Carlow rd from Bunclody. Take first left - Mt Leinster - after approx 4.8k park at the forestry entrance.
