If we meet in the swimming car park and leave at 8.45 we should be in loads of time. I aim to be there just after 8.30 to set up. Although I might need to leave 10 mins before you to keep you with that fancy Yankee bike with the big wheels.

Just in the very slim off chance that someone has a spare part. Missing cover of gear changer on right - yoke covering by thumb levers. Shimano XTR. Expect that this are very specific and not generic across range and models. Have it covered in cellophane to keep the dirt out. Not sure that will last long. No big deal.

Need every advantage that I can get! 48 yrs old today. Will take more than XTR. Will be coming out on an ebike soon to keep up with you lads!
