DFs gold glitter along with DCs "I'm saving myself" attitude won what was a changed format for the final - a relay race. Good fun! Thanks to Jim for organising the series.

Thanks to all who took part in the MTB league, it was a great success. DF and DC won out as convincing winners on the final night although in fairness the teams were a little imbalanced .

Now it the turn of the roadies. The final event of the TRI league is on this Thursday evening.

This is an open road race on the Coolmeelagh circuit. Approx 25km fast racing with a nice uphill finish.

We will assemble at the square in Bunclody, leaving here at 6.45pm for a spin out to Coolmeelagh, approx 7km. At the top of the hill in Coolmeelagh we will have a rolling start. First across the line wins.


Sorry about the early start but we need to be well finished before dark.
