I can help but time is an issue . I.m working Saturday , MTB event Sunday and Trish running Marathon Monday . So it will be one of the evenings or night time for me .

First of all thanks a million for the great response to my request. The format has now changed drastically since my initial post...We are now confining it to a 24hr session over both Sat and Sun 25th and 26th. Also the stationary bikes are "Gym Bikes" which may not appeal to many of you..Also I am conscious that many of you are currently training for Dublin? Waterford Half and Cyclocross at the moment, and some of you live a distance away, . So what I'll do I'll text some of you later this evening to see if your still interested and if not no bother....Thanks again xxxxxx
